These terms govern your use of drilltokillpickleball.com and the coaching services offered by Drill to Kill Pickleball Academy ("Drill to Kill," "we," "us"). By using our website, booking a service, or texting our business number, you agree to these terms.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program name: Drill to Kill Pickleball Academy conversational messaging.
Program description: When you text our business number, (725) 255-2122, we will reply by text to answer your questions and to schedule, confirm, and remind you about lessons, clinics, and related services you have asked about or booked.
Consent: By sending a text message to our business number, or by providing your mobile number when booking and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Drill to Kill Pickleball Academy. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and bookings.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.
Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to (725) 255-2122. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, text START to the same number.
Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or email chloe@drilltokillpickleball.com.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is supported by major US carriers; availability may vary.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Bookings, payment, and cancellations
- Lessons, clinics, and intensives are scheduled by agreement with your coach. Details, pricing, and payment terms are confirmed at booking.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give as much notice as possible—at least 24 hours for private lessons. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for the session.
- Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, court availability, or coach illness; we will notify you as early as we can.
Assumption of risk
Pickleball is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part, and you assume the risks inherent in the activity. You should consult a physician if you have any concerns about your fitness to participate.
Website use
Content on this website is provided for general information and is the property of Drill to Kill Pickleball Academy. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drill to Kill Pickleball Academy and its coaches are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
